Branden A. Bledsoe ARNP, MSN, NP-C Nurse Practitioner
Branden is a licensed nurse practitioner and native of Houston, Texas. Branden developed an interest for health and medicine at early age and in 2004 followed in his father’s footsteps by seeking a nursing degree. He attended Bellarmine University in Louisville where he earned is bachelor’s degree and subsequently earned his Masters of Science in Nursing in August of 2011.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Branden is licensed to perform physical exams, order diagnostic lab and radiographic tests and order prescription medications. Branden offers expertise in managing acute illness such as ear, nose, or throat ailments as well as chronic illnesses such as asthma, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Branden can treat all patients ages. He specializes in metabolic syndrome, sports nutrition, proliferative therapy, platelet rich plasma, digestive health, autoimmune disease, and hormone health.
Branden’s method of care is highly focused on teaching and learning. Branden believes in exploring the underlying root cause of all disease and how this impacts the whole self. His thirst for knowledge, particularly in relation to healing the body with the resources God has provided in nature, is his driving motivation for seeking innovative means to treating the body holistically. He also believes that there are times where the advances in modern medicine are essential to patient care and that is why he adheres to the integrative approach to medicine. It is his mission to bring these philosophies into practice to better treat his patients in order for them to live a happy, healthy long life.
Dr. Edna Pretila, MD Medical Doctor
Dr. Pretila is an enthusiastic proponent of Preventive and Integrative Medicine. She believes in treating the individual as a whole person, dealing not only with the physical but also the spiritual, environmental and psychosocial issues. As a Christian doctor, she is a fervent believer in the power of prayer and faith for health and healing.
Dr. Pretila received her medical doctor degree from Cebu City, Philippines. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Veterans Hospital and her fellowship in Gastroenterology at Case Western Reserve University, both in Cleveland, Ohio.
Dr.Pretila realizes the strong connection between physical, spiritual and emotional health and encourages health partnerships with patients to get to the root issues of imbalance and disease. As a Christian doctor, she believes that the human body is wonderfully fashioned by God to heal by itself, if obstacles are removed and supportive treatments are given.
