Can you be my Primary Care provider?
Yes, we are more than happy to meet your primary care needs! We treat all kinds of chronic and acute illnesses and symptoms such as: autoimmune disease, diabetes, food allergies and intolerances, hormone imbalances, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal permeability or leaky gut, menopause, metabolic syndrome, muscle spasms, stress related fatigue, thyroid disease, vitamin deficiencies, weight loss, and yeast infections, to name a few. Be aware, we do not make hospital visits, have after hours on call, or give immunizations
How do I schedule an initial appointment?
Call the office at 812.282.4309 and speak to the Front Desk. They will get some preliminary information, send you printable New Patient paperwork via the Patient Portal, and then find an appointment that fits into your busy lifestyle. It is helpful to have the paperwork filled out prior to your appointment. If not, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes in advance of your appointment to complete this information. Once you are established as a patient you can utilize the Patient Portal to request an appointment.
How much are appointments?
Out of network patients will pay $199.00 for an initial appointment and $125.00 for follow-up appointments. In-network patients will pay their co-pays for the office visit as well as an additional $125.00 for the first 3 months to cover the additional time outside of your office visit spent finding the root cause of your concern
What insurances to you take?
Currently we are in network with Humana, Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, and United HealthCare which includes UMR. Dr. Pretila is in network with Humana and United HealthCare. We are not in network with Medicare, TriCare, Humana HMO Pathway X, Humana CareSource, or Passport
Do I need to see a provider to get IV’s
Yes, you must have an office visit with a provider prior to receiving an IV.
Can I use my HSA
Yes, you certainly can! Most patients use their HSA without issue. That said, as is the case with all HAS accounts, please check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility
What if I live too far to come in for an appointment?
Patients that do not live within driving distance can connect with our team via our Patient Portal and via phone calls. To help achieve health goals we have learning tools available online to help out-of-town patients get the benefits from the services we offer. Please note, telemedicine visits are not covered by insurance and out of network fees apply
Can I purchase supplements if I am not a patient?
Due to the potency and specificity of the professional-grade supplements we offer, we only allow current patients to purchase and receive supplements.
How do I sign up for Group Classes and Webinars
Group classes and webinars are available 3 times a year. Watch for announcements in your newsletter.
What are your hours of operation? When can I get an IV
Branden’s schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday morning and Friday. We see our first patient at 8:30 AM and the last patient at 4:00 PM. Thursday, he sees his first patient at 8:30 AM and the last patient at 1:00 PM. Dr. Pretila’s Schedule: Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon. Her first patient is at 10am on Wednesday and last patient is 1:00 PM. Thursday, she sees her first patient at 1:00 PM and the last patient at 3:00 PM. IV’s are available from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Thursdays 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM
