What kind of patients do you treat?
At Evergreen Wellness, we treat a variety of different patients, including those who are looking to lose weight, have their hormones regulated, those experiencing gastrointestinal issues, autoimmune patients, patients dealing with chronic infections and many more. We seek highly motivated patients who understand the importance of being proactive and are willing to adhere to appropriate lifestyle measures to obtain optimal health.
What is the purpose of the dinner prestation?
Evergreen Wellness holds frequent dinner presentations in order to explain what services we provide and how we can best address the health care needs of those in our community. These dinner presentations help new patients to get a better understanding of who we are, what we do and how we can help them achieve their best health and lifestyle goals.
Do I have to attend the dinner talk?
No, attending the dinner presentation is not a requirement to have a wellness evaluation with one of our team members. However, we frequently offer opportunities for new patients to get the evaluation at a discounted price at our dinner presentations.
Can I use my HSA (health savings account)?
Yes, you can! Most patients can use their HSA without issue. That said, as is the case with all HSA accounts, please check with your insurance provider to confirm eligibility.
What if I live far away?
Patients that do not live within driving distance can connect with our team via our HIPPA compliment email and virtual appointment software. We also have learning tools available online to help out-of-town patients get the most benefit from the program services we offer to achieve their health goals.
What are your hours of operation
Evergreen Wellness is open Tuesday through Friday, 10:30am - 4:00pm for office visits and appointments. Our Wellness IV room is open Tuesday 10:00am - 6:00pm and Friday 11:00am – 3:00pm.
Can I purchase supplements if I am not a patient?
Due to the potency and specificity of the supplements we offer, we only allow current patients to purchase and receive supplements.
